Affiliate Terms

1. Program Overview

SocialPilot’s affiliate program allows approved creators to earn commissions by referring new subscribers. When someone signs up through your unique referral link, you earn a percentage of their subscription revenue.

2. Commission Structure

• Standard rate: 30% recurring commission on referred subscriptions
• Commissions apply for the lifetime of the referred subscriber’s active subscription
• Minimum payout threshold: $50
• Payouts processed monthly via PayPal or Stripe Connect

3. Approved Promotion Methods

• Social media posts, stories, and reels on your own accounts
• YouTube videos, blog posts, and newsletters
• Direct messages and email to your own audience
• Paid advertising (subject to platform policies)

4. Prohibited Activities

• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading claims
• Impersonating SocialPilot or creating fake brand accounts
• Cookie stuffing, bot traffic, or self-referrals
• Promoting on coupon or deal sites without written approval
• Making income guarantees or promises of specific results

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms the SocialPilot brand. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if fraud is detected.

6. Liability

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees. You are responsible for your own taxes and compliance with local laws. SocialPilot is not liable for your marketing activities.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these affiliate terms with 30 days notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
