Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SocialPilot (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
SocialPilot provides AI-powered content generation, scheduling, analytics, and digital product monetization tools for social media creators. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use SocialPilot. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use SocialPilot for spam, harassment, illegal content, or to violate any platform’s terms of service (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Content & IP
You retain full ownership of the content you create using SocialPilot. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your creations.
7. Limitation of Liability
SocialPilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
