Refund Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Free Trial
Every new subscriber receives a 7-day free trial. We do not charge your payment method until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you forget to cancel during the trial and are accidentally charged, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
For monthly subscriptions beyond the trial period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and reasonable.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 14 days after a charge
- Accounts terminated due to abuse or terms violations
- Partial-month refunds for unused time (pro-rating is not offered)
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the in-app support channel with your account email and the charge date. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellations
Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
